This is my version of Crock-pot Macaroni and Cheese. I always get compliments when I make it. It is my easy, go-to recipe for holidays and other special occasions. And, it is one of my picky eaters favorites. 😀

Jennifer’s Crock-pot Macaroni and Cheese
16 ounces of cooked elbow macaroni
1 block of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 small block of Velveeta, diced
1 large can of evaporated milk
2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Simply throw all of these ingredients in your crock-pot and stir. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until it sets up.
